What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its unified dashboard is a standout—combining APM, infrastructure metrics, and custom monitoring in one place makes troubleshooting and performance analysis faster and more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI can feel cluttered with too many options at times, making navigation slightly overwhelming for new users. There's also a learning curve for setting up custom instrumentation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SolarWinds AppOptics stands out because it gives you a complete view of both your apps and infrastructure in one easy to use tool. It is great for real time monitoring and can grow with your business, whether you are a small team or a big company. Plus, if you are already using other SolarWinds products, it works seamlessly with them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of SolarWinds AppOptics is how easy it is to get a full view of both your apps and infrastructure in one place. You donot have to jump between different tools to troubleshoot issues, which makes everything quicker and simpler to manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about SolarWinds AppOptics is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first. There is a lot of data to sift through, and getting everything set up just right might take some time, especially if you are not familiar with monitoring tools. Once you get the hang of it, though, it is much smoother.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest starting slow and really getting familiar with the basics first. There's a lot to explore, so it is worth investing some time upfront to understand how it all works. If you run into any hiccups during setup, do not be shy about reaching out to their support team. They are pretty helpful and can make things smoother. Once you are up and running, it is a solid tool that makes tracking both apps and infrastructure a lot easier.
