What differentiates Sogolytics from other similar products?

SoGoSurvey is a relatively affordable survey software that focuses on ease of use. The platform includes a wide variety of question types along with core features such as survey logic and built-in reporting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Giving free service to educators and students is truly a wonderful gesture. Additionally, SoGoSurvey includes survey logic with all paid plans and allows respondents to skip questions based on their response. However, this feature is less flexible in SoGoSurvey than in the platform's competitors. You can base question skipping only on an answer to a previous question, not on multiple answers. Also, when you add logic to a survey question, you lose the ability to move that question up or down in your survey. This can waste a lot of time as it is common to relocate questions late in the design process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SoGoSurvey is more limited in flexibility than some of its competitors. For example, you can base survey logic on only one question, and questions with added logic cannot be migrated in your survey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SoGoSurvey has unique features that allow you to create multilingual surveys, customizability and even branching logic. Comprehensive reporting programs focus on treating feedback as a vital aspect of a business's growth. I highly recommend you use it and try it.
