What differentiates Software AG webMethods Integration Platform from other similar products?

There support process is too good, as compared to other products. You can login to empower site, search for answer you are looking for by yourself or raise ticket from the same site and the support person usually responds pretty quick.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As was mentioned before the support provided by SAG is way too good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To get certified in SAG products is a complicated process. They have not made this process as smooth as other competing products offer. Ofcourse, they have learning material available online but the certification is too costly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Follow best practices recommended by SAG, while using their platform.

We were able to integrate all our applications with this platform to enhance effective performance of data across all departments. This tool has unique tools for monitoring the progress of all workflows across the entire networking system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives us the best digital connection experience that provides productive innovation platform. All the WebMethods that operate in our company ensure that our data is safe and confidential files cannot be accessed by unauthorized users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Software AG webMethods has been productive always. It has never failed us in any productive capacity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great digital connections with better innovation capacity can be achieved with this great tool. We have achieved a lot and unlocked many opportunities that have boosted our business growth.
