The ability of Slack to have instant messaging which helps to perfectly organize work teams is surprising. I think that one of the characteristics that makes the difference of Slack, compared to other platforms, is that Slack has the ability to handle everything through commands, with the "#" sign. These commands make Slack much easier to use and aid in the quick management of all chat channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like the most about Slack is that this platform has a unique design and organization for all channels, this way I can communicate with all work teams quickly and without confusion. Another feature that I like about Slack is that it works in real time, the messaging is instant, each message sent will be received instantly by the other recipients, which helps to communicate fluently at all times. I thank Slack for running in real time and allowing me to communicate faster than other platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things that I find really negative about Slack is that notifications in the mobile phone application take a while to be received, which makes it difficult for me to know when some messages are sent within the connections. chat of work teams. Apps&Intergrations, I can bring my own zaps into the app and decrease the time needed for manual/small tasks.

Notifications, Sometimes I miss messages due to the notifications going straight to my phone instead of my pc.

You can add as many workspaces as per requirements and each workspace will have users and channels created where you can put the message, document, emoji. Integration support of various applications. Integrate Rollbar to give you live information on errors in productions. Google applications can also be integrated for easy preview of Word documents. Group call option and shared screen with group or individual.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is unfortunate, and it causes annoyance when you are not at your work site and receive a number of notifications in your application.
