What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Slack is one of popular instant messaging platforms. I have used Slack as the main communication tool in several companies. It's easy to use, and helpful for remote workers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The instant messaging works great. Also, the app is very handy on smart phones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audio calls frequently have troubles. I haven't had the same issue on other platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good idea to purchase Slack for instant messaging, but not for audio calls. If your company already uses other business software such as Microsoft and Google, you may consider to use their instant messaging tools.
