Features like external integrations (WhatsApp, Viber and MMS) and multi-user support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is flexible and very stable, we can connect with other people through video API and video calls (WhatsApp, Viber and MMS.) Call quality is very good and the price is very competitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my experience, nothing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It offers free app-to-app calling for up to 2,500 minutes per month. External integrations, WhatsApp messaging among other beneficial features.

Sinch is a very good tool with which we have not had any problems, it has offered us the best service for our company, it has helped us create messaging medinaate the various platforms such as WhatsApp and make calls using AI.
