What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SimpleTexting allows mobile payments, which are the easiest and efficient mode of payments. Further, SimpleTexting has the loyalty promotion techniques, and this attracts more customers in our business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SimpleTexting is a simplistic but very functional and helpful program. It is hard or impossible to identify errors in SimpleTexting setup, hence, nothing to call the developer for or have a bad relationship with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is sufficient reasons for employing SMS marketing tool, which is a successful and immediate way of reaching to clients. Besides, SimpleTexting directly communicate with people, either customers, or even clients for that matters.

What differentiates SimpleTexting from other similar products?

Simple text messages help us close the communication gap with the efficiency that we needed between certain departments, it is a great way to improve your reach, they are also constantly updated and adjusted to maintain compliance and make sure every message is delivered, The segmentation options allow us a quick response and a simple information collection, they also have excellent customer service when questions arise, it has allowed me to communicate quickly and easily with my clients in a clearly challenging time, the platform is very easy to use and the short code they use is very memorable to customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love to send text messages to everyone at once without everyone seeing each other's name or phone response, I also like text programming and list management simplify and simplify multichannel communications, I also like ease of the app on their phone to send text messages and the prompt response from the customer service, it has been outstanding and they are very receptive to suggestions for improvements, they offer a simple pricing structure that is easy to understand and very affordable, it is a Very interesting tool to carry out marketing campaigns through text messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app gets a few bugs from time to time, and I wish the amount of credits were more substantial or the character limit increased.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal to launch all kinds of advertising campaigns, through text messages, it is a great product for the price and offers incredible support, without any doubt, I recommend that you use this great tool.
