We only use one other internal product that is more difficult to use.

More user friendly than other products.

Sometimes when a document has been signed the document does not download.

Have not used other systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quickly and easily create digital documents for signature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI feels a bit clunky, but that's really just nitpicking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's quick and easy to set up, had my first document delivered within 15 minutes of account creation.

Really Easy to Use - Super integration with Gsuite

What differentiates SignRequest from other similar products?

- Very Simple and Easy to use. - Some of our signers can be really old and non technical folks. They were able to maneuver and sign the document's. - Their Gsuite integration is very tight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Gsuite Integration. - Can automate lot of tasks using Zapier. - We use Signrequest and Slack integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as of now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend for small business. It is very easy to be onboarded and simple to use.

Digital Signature Not the same as e-signature. A digital signature is an encrypted packet associated with a document. Encrypted and decrypted via keys in a signatory certificate.

Audit Trail View all previous activity including any recent edits and user access.

Security Software provides appropriate data and access security.

Notifications Alerting can be triggered by the application including documents that are not signed making administration much easier.
