What differentiates signNow from other similar products?

The ability to have unlimited documents signed without a cost per sign

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use of sending out a link to sign

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using the "send link to sign" feature, once someone signs the form it is saved as "guestuser1234." It would be much more helpful if the file was saved as the person's name who signed it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Download and save the files with your own naming system.

What differentiates signNow from other similar products?

At the time I was looking for e-sign apps, signNow offered the greatest connectivity at the lowest cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

signNow has a clean look and end users can easily access the documents they need to sign regardless of their OS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Accessing the admin page was consistently problematic. I had to bookmark a special link to get in because I could not navigate their from the menu.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try! If you want to try different tiers, I would guess that their support team will trial any level for you. Reach out, they will reply.

What differentiates signNow from other similar products?

Not much - it's basically the best priced online signing tool IMO.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customers seem to have no problem using it on their mobile phones to sign agreements w/ their finger.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's somewhat manual to upload the document, add signatures and send for signing but that's not necessarily a problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give up on faxing paper or scanning and emailing sensitive documents. This process makes it much easier.
