What differentiates Showpad Enablement Operating System from other similar products?
Easy to use, great integration tools with Office 365 and Salesforce, you can upload all kind of files, create folders and landing pages with different categories, for example, internal only for organization and public, you can personalize your own folders for your clients, and when you share a link for download or view some file you received confirmation from who and when open the link.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with Outlook in office 365 for attach folders with specific brochures and data sheets for my clients, I received notifications when they open it or download it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Actually nothing, is a very intuitive tool that works fine.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Is a great tool for sales enablement, allows you share relevant info inside your organization and outside to your customers, is secure and you have tracking about who is accessing to the info.

Easy Navigation Ability to integrate different types of data Shared Spaces
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Some of the great aspects are the variariability of different data that is able to be presented. The platform seems to continue to be upgradeed while still being able to navigate. Shared Spaces are great, but need more control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Need the ability to turn notifications off by default in Shared Spaces Ability to open docs in a new window without downloading would be good Search could be improved
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out, it scales really well nd so how it performs on x docs is not too different to 100x documents

What differentiates Showpad Enablement Operating System from other similar products?
I didn’t know that I was in the market for something like Showpad until I saw the demo. As a B2B marketer, sales enablement is an important part of my program, but the challenges associated with creating collateral and making it accessible, traceable, and always up-to-date for the Sales team are significant. I loved the product at first sight because it felt like it was built with not just Sales in mind, but a Marketing team, too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how you can host the most relevant content on little online hubs for prospects or clients and enable them to share out that link. It’s so convenient to be able to keep all the content referenced during sales conversations in one online hub. And then you can track how the prospect or client interacts with the hosted content to inform your content development strategy *chef’s kiss*
What do you dislike most about this product?
No major dislikes honestly. It’s p customizable so if you don’t like how something looks or is arranged, you can change it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get your Sales people involved early in the evaluation because there are a lot of features they’ll get excited about.
