The support can be better.

absolutely the best product to use to build an ecom website, watch some youtube videos and that's all you need

It's the best e-commerce platform to have work with hence I lack anything that is unpleasant.

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?

Superior useability, and modern front-end design templates for improving conversion rate. Tons of 3rd party integrations to help automate fulfillment and shipping. Constantly releasing new features to keep its merchants at the forefront of modern e-commerce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile app for tracking sales and activity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it had more flexibility around recurring transactions/subscriptions. However, some apps can handle this.
