What differentiates Shopify POS from other similar products?

The back-end navigation is easy, and the website can handle many users at once. I also appreciate the customer service response time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Shopify POS is easy to use and important to know, it is configurable, which streamlines and adapts the checkout process to fit the flow of the store. This application keeps inventory levels updated automatically with Shopify.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is impossible for any platform to be perfect, and this includes Shopify. The subscription prices and fees for their service are a bit confusing to a new user, which may take some time and research to properly understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you're looking to set up shop at a show or a festival or pop-up shop, this solution is perfect for you. POS mobile payments enabled by Shopify make it easier for customers to make payments.

They seem to provide a lot of changes to the software. But it needs to be more customizable like other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The updates they provide to the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to always get somebody to listen and understand your problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask as many questions as possible and make sure they understand your business model completely.
