What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

ShareFile's compliance with our organization's policies and procedures make it the preferred platform to use on our M&A transactions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the cross platform functionality and how versatile it is. I can use it for file sharing as well as a virtual dataroom on M&A transactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this point. The platform is very dynamic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ShareFile is a very easy to use and secure file sharing site. Highly recommended.

What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

The fact that it allows for real time sharing of large file in a secure way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows real time sharing of files in real time. It is great for file storage and back ups. It also allows for collaboration in editing files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The synchronisation of files at times takes along alot of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best tool in large and secure transfer of files. I would highly recommend it to both small and large organisations.
