It's rich set of features and wide variety of options to enable and elevate the ticketing, Change Management, Knowledge Management etc
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This tool gives you the control and information you need to reach your goals, from tracking everyday actions to carrying out intricate analyses. Projects move through five typical phases—Initiate, Plan, Execute, Deliver, and Close—that can be customized to fit your organization's governance model. Projects can be categorized as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid at the Plan phase. Pre-existing templates that can be customized offer efficiency and uniformity when project data is gathered.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing much to dislike about the product, only concern is it's price. Although it doesn't affect the MNCs but it's a bit painful for startups to invest such huge amounts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have the budget, go for it. No second thoughts required. This is the best tool that I came across in all my years of experience.
