What differentiates ServiceNow PPM from other similar products?

The completeness in services provided. With Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource, Demand Management in a single platform, with reporting and analytics and an ITSM structure to support, makes ServiceNow a pioneer in PPM offerings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UX/ UI is friendly and easy to implement. The trainings for Partners are pretty good and really supports the implementers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s really no improvement from version to version, it’s the same thing every year and they earn a lot of money from licensing but close to 0 is employed in product enhancement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Resource and timesheet management is pretty raw and requires a lot of customisation to make it work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the configurability. Allows organizations to tailor the PPM solution to their specific needs. This is crucial because different industries and organizations have unique project management requirements. This platform aligns with the specific methodologies and processes used by the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could be better on the analytics and reporting. Sometimes I had to find videos on how to get the reports done quickly because perhaps I was not as adept as others, or just because the steps were a little more complex than I expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From seeing businesses try this and let it go, don't let the initial learning curve keep you away from it. It truly is a functional tool that will work with your team and its needs.
