What differentiates ServiceNow GRC from other similar products?

Employees find it simpler to execute internal activities using an intuitive dashboard with a simple user interface. The ServiceNow Now Platform's data management and tiering tools are what I value the most because they improve how well our applications function. We drastically cut the time spent developing software by employing built-in chat for immediate communication between internal programmers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ServiceNow makes it possible to integrate a method with additional automation and monitoring technologies, providing an end user with a uniform interface to use and evaluate the results. Because my customer values additional security, only ServiceNow provides two-factor authentication, which is perfect for our business. It is simple to immediately create an issue ticket when a monitoring tool or product alerts you to a failure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Without the necessary internet/bandwidth connection and login credentials, we experience delays, reconnection issues, and other challenges when logging into the platform. Managing the CMDB becomes more complex as our ServiceNow database fills up with data. For company branding, more flexibility is needed when arranging templates or home page graphics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A clear and effective platform for companies that cater to various consumer groups. The platform provides top-notch features like ticket orchestration, operational dashboards, and real-time chat software. The ServiceNow Now Platform is scalable because everything is managed from the cloud dashboard. Integrated operation management technologies have significantly increased workplace productivity. The solution is stable overall and didn't lead to many issues.
