What differentiates ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate from other similar products?

Automation; it helps avoid pulling out results from scanners in excel sheets and then send them to remediation owners. The platform lets you automate these manual processes by sending the results from scanner right into the ServiceNow platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A good product to get the vulnerabilities and incidents in front of the right people at the right time in the shortest time possible. The automation of manual processes massively helps fast track the remediation of incidents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to complain about so far. it meets all the expectations.

What differentiates ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate from other similar products?

Using the endpoints offered in the platform's REST API explorer, any REST API platform may be easily integrated. Using the REST API, we can also quickly build tables with the necessary data and edit them. To link many tables together and use query parameters to return the necessary values, I used the extend tables functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

By providing a new portal for developers and directing consumers to the site, ServiceNow Cloud offers a broad space to build and store data. For HTTP Authentication, we can use a username and password, which adds another level of protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing about this service that I don't like, and everything seems to work well regardless of the features, user interface, or user experience. The navigation pane can be simplified for users by making a few changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The greatest cloud-based platform enables high-quality automation with a variety of options and may be applied to various instances depending on the situation. Best incident management tool for organizational management.
