What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

I find it simple to create tickets, distribute them to team members, and monitor their development. It has aided us in providing better customer service and swifter problem-solving. This has helped us increase production and concentrate on more in-depth research.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As long as ServiceNow is configured properly, it is quick and trouble-free. The user interface is clear and uncomplicated. In contrast to earlier software, the learning curve is almost nonexistent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's possible for jobs to contain subtasks that are buried so deeply that they are initially overlooked. I wish the software's layering system was more user-friendly.

Service Now App Engine is best product I can say as we can raise the ticket according to the category and the team will solve the issue by connecting with us. It contains the features like we can raise ticket, comment on ticket, see the progress of ticket as well as attach the attachment if required.So it contains all the feature which an app engine should contains.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part is it solves our problem quickly without facing any trouble to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything is good so far.As I am using it from long time I didn't face any issues yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended to everyone as I am using this from past 5 years in IT industry. It is very helpful for us.Without any second thought you can go with this.
