What differentiates SendPulse from other similar products?

The best thing is that it has email and message marketing, both included. The metrics are easy to decide and the results can be analysed better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is the uptime and delivery, it has the highest delivery ratio which means almost everyone receives the communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing is support. A ticket takes too long to be responded on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best products in the market, Must have for marketing campaigns.

What differentiates SendPulse from other similar products?

Product offers more integrations like Whatsapp and SMS as well which makes the campaigns more targeted. Moreover, the uptime is the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like their dashboard and uptime which is almost everytime working. Emails get sent to all and the data interpretation is easier specially A/B Testing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing is the customer service is a little slow to respond and therefore not appreciated

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great tool to send emails and plan a campaign. Must have for everyone who is planning an email + whatsapp + sms campaign.
