What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

SendGrid has elegance in email delivery strategies, one of the way of understanding that the client has obtained information. Also, the spamming feature is another filtering mechanism, which guarantee only the correct and asserted information gain access in our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security compliance is one favorite part of SendGrid, as the information we share has privacy and only the recipient gain its access. Again, there is the email templates, a guide on how to create a content, and share with the right person.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, I hate the automated email responder, as it frustrates the client who required a direct intervention or assistance regarding the product or the service. There should be a live chat option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Emailing is the simplest way for communication, where people in their countries or states get information ASAP. The security through filtering and spamming features is on top. Little commitment and there is assurance of working with SendGrid.

The following features differentiates SendGrid from other similar products are: - Their reporting feature. - Their Email delivery speed is awesome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The following features that I like most in SendGrid are: - Their API capabilities are good. - Their contact support is good enough to support our queries. - It is very easy to use and Email campaign setup is very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The following features that I don't like most in SendGrid are: - Mobile Application facility is missing. - The WordPress plugin is little bit buggy. - Their API documentation is little bit confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If we talk all around then I would like to recommend you to use SendGrid for your business automation, because It is very good Email Marketing tool for managing our emails like Email scheduling, Email automation etc. It helps you to route your emails for your client follow up. I use this with WordPress plugin and I am very happy because now I can manage my all email follow ups and automation in one place.

They have a very good brand name. Sendgrid ensures good deliverability rates.

Cost of Premium Plans and Contract Management in Freemium Plan

Send Grid offers a lot of good features. It's dashboard is impressive. I recommend this product.
