What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

Not entirely sure. We looked at its capabilities and were recommended it by a trusted previous user, so we went ahead.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has been working well without any issues, delivering transactional emails and proving reliable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The certainty of email delivery could be improved, although with changing regulations there is increasingly less that can be tracked reliably.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to name each email template in a way that makes sense and is easy to find. The more email templates are added, the longer it may take to easily get to one and adjust (document extensively).
