What differentiates Seismic Learning from other similar products?

Simple to use and set up. I will figure out 95% of everything on my own. For a little shop like we are, i really like the internal authoring. No, it’ not as sturdy as virtually any dedicated elearning style tool, however it gets the duty done quickly. Interface is super clean, and that i love the internal communication tools for the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My sales enablement team broke down more technical components of onboarding into chaptered lessons. Internal tool usage, processes, and daily operations were straightforward to go through in Lessonly form! The multi-media breakdown between written, quiz, and video content helped a ton! I really like however my manager can assign me lessons, however I can even search for categories that I’m fascinated by taking, too. I also get pleasure from how I have access to my past classes and might also get back them if needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like a number of the reporting was more intuitive. It’ all there, but I even have to guess in some cases. A number of the content types, like Reveals and Flips, are a small amount clumsy and not designed well, but we’ve puzzled out workarounds to help fix some of that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This has been an excellent tool for a weekly micro-learning. The inner authoring could be a lifesaver for speed. One good thing is the ability to assign alternative users as graders. It’s helped us place the onus on team managers to drive performance with their groups and has helped bridge the gap with alternative departments. If you’re searching for a simple-to-use way to speed up onboarding, spread company learning, manage additional technical product learning, or have an area for employees to sharpen skills – extremely recommend it.
