What differentiates SearchUnify Cognitive Search from other similar products?

I haven't worked with other enterprise search tools before, but I think the services and people are what makes SearchUnify different. Everyone is always very reliable and quick to respond when we need help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that we can easily see and access the help center traffic data quickly. The dashboard makes it easy to track what we're looking to track.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Crawling the content sources-- I have never been able to do it manually, I always have to rope in their support team because there's always issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a dedicated IT person on your team who can help implement this and continue to update this tool each quarter
