What differentiates Searchmetrics from other similar products?

The content experience tool within Searchmetrics is unlike any other I've seen. The Searchmetrics team is always quick to respond and genuinely cares about our progress. The price for the tool and service is very reasonable.

Content experience tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not always as user friendly or intuitive as I'd expect

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Speak with other users and ask them to walk you through using the tool. Consider your own goals and how the tool can be used.

What differentiates Searchmetrics from other similar products?

We have been with Searchmetrics for 6 years they have been with us every step of the way and have watched out business grow and our e-commerce improves dramatically over the years. They have helped us manage these new changes without losing ranking and help us grow more every day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The content piece has been very important for us to be able to edit and improve what we already have and know that it will perform. In addition, having a dedicated support person that we talk to regularly and knows what we are trying to accomplish has been key.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform can be a little bit confusing to navigate especially staying with them so long we are adapting to the new page still which is easier than before.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a shot. You get a lot of data but also someone to help you use the data and your time effectively.
