What differentiates Searchmetrics from other similar products?

Its content optimization product, Content Experience. I don't believe it's included in their core offering but it's highly recommended that it be considered as an essential add-on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite parts of the Searchmetrics offering is Content Experience and Visibility Guard, especially for Enterprise SEO.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only real complaint (for lack of a better term) is that they seem like they've slowed down in the innovation department. We used to constantly see updates and improvements but now it seems like the product "is what it is". I'd like to see them make improvements to the reporting capabilities of the platform, since it's just OK. We still use Data Studio for all of our reports when I'd like to be able to automate our SEO reporting in a more robust fashion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like that they're moving to a flexible resource budget since needs change over time. I don't know if it's standard for new customers yet, so I would inquire about resource flexibility if it's not discussed.
