For simply tracking keyword rank, this has all that is necessary at a fraction of the cost.

Regional keyword tracking.

National keyword search volumes are provided, but not regional.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is helpful if used alongside Google's Keyword Planner to find the best keywords to track.
