What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

Our previous system comprised a separate time tracking service in addition to our MS Excel-based milestone and due date monitoring, Scoro combines all of this into a single system and provides us with greater insight into how we can manage our business more efficiently. We are basically fixing all of our business challenges; we discovered how much simpler business flows when you don't spend all of your time disassembling a project path; everything is there to see who did what, when, and what the consequences were.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scoro is cloud-based, which means we can access it from anywhere. Having our projects categorized and being able to measure the duration of subtasks inside the project is extremely beneficial to our collaboration and tracking the efficiency of our time. This has increased openness in our company. Scoro simplifies job sharing and allows everyone to easily interact between projects. We know when tasks must be completed, when they have been completed, and when they have been priced and billed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd want to be able to display project details on a task card in my task pane. Small integrations like that across modules would increase the utility of the system. The display is still not perfect, i'd want to see some charts, and I'd also like to be able to "color in" some of the indicators.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Contact your sales advisors if you initially don't see how it can be a benefit to your operation. It is definitely a massive contender when choosing a software package to integrate your workforce. We tried many before choosing Scoro and although it is a little more expensive, we think it is worth it.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy

What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

While it has always been difficult for multiple in-house teams to work on the same system in multiple workflows, Scoro manages work in the style of choice, with each team not interfering with other in-house teams in the process. I made it possible and created transparency, Scoro helps you coordinate tasks and organize different team members so that each task completes on time. Scoro is everything you need to manage your projects, tasks, and product launches. Each stage of development is so detailed that you won't miss any important steps in between.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how you can manage the process in as much detail or as simply as you need for different internal teams to execute their tasks and obligations while keeping everyone in the loop. We also like the ability to do assessments and approvals online rather than in person or on paper. Scoro most beneficial feature is that it allows you to schedule regular tasks. The most significant benefit is that you can track tasks throughout the work process and keep track of all deadlines and results in one convenient location. This enables everyone to view the same page at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time tracking tool on Scoro is definitely one of the most in need of development, it provides all of the necessary features for project time monitoring, but not much more, some once-simple project management components have grown more complex to manage, requiring more clicks to do the same amount of work. The software also has certain limitations in terms of what we can do with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

See what you really need for your project management solution before meeting the Scoro team. They were able to solve the problems we had while researching our alternatives. Scoro is the perfect option if you need project management software that is easy to set up and use. Timesheet reporting and tracking capabilities are really useful.
