What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

Great recording features, easy to setup proxy, great amount of options for mobile devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Huge amount of browsers, devices and resolutions, no need to maintain on-site lab.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost, compared to free alternatives.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great if you need to test on a lot of different browsers, devices and resolutions. If you only need to support a couple of variants, then consider an open source alternative.
