The product is incredibly flexible and can be configured to track exactly what you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a small learning curve but once you understand the program and product system, it becomes more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with Sassafras to understand all the features available to you and define your goals early on.

I experienced a lack of support from other vendors. Sassafras Tech Support are outstanding helping and very fashionable time to get my issue solved and my questions answered.
