What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors Learning from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports section doesn’t offer all the reports which could need to be transferred, like we can not fetch the reports of learning courses that are uploaded which admin assistant then it gets tough in analysis. The report does not have basic fields like Job levels, Business Unit, so even when generating the report further work needs to be done on writing the task levels/ business units for thousands of employees. The Canvas report does not permit us to include the external learning hours which is once more a cumbersome task.

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors Learning from other similar products?

SuccessFactors is our HRIS computer code for recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance management, and comp management. I’m on the compensation team and therefore the system is has extensive capabilities for compensation designing and daily comp management for promos/adjustments/spot bonuses/equity/etc. the probabilities are fairly endless on the comp front however it ultimately comes down to how smart your company is with information integrity, process management, and making custom fields.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its terribly easy and straightforward to use. Its hosting more and more learning materials that are extremely helpful for everyone. The training material is elaborate and provides situation based configuration directions which alter the implementation and integration with completely different SAP applications like fieldglass, S/4 etcetera the simplest a part of the software package to me is that the method that it pops up all learning Material and makes it easy to continue once you left off.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does get confusing once you have two or three totally different pop ups during a coaching sessions. Attempting to search out the proper screen to use to continue with the training. The interface is clogged with different browsers. The window filler is never correct the first time. The window controls stand still sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
