UI is friendly and report downloading is easy. Technical support from SAP is too good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

T codes needed to remember which is cumbersome sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

User should understand his needs and if SAP fulfills it, then must go with it.
