What differentiates SAP Professional Services Software from other similar products?

It has a lot of unique features that can be customized or adapted to the business needs. It offer a really good user interface that allows users to get familiarized easily with the application. One of the pros is the security offered and the cost friendly options it has.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting definitely. It allows me to create different reports that have all the information you could possibly need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some times I noticed some slow downs on the application but to be honest, I'm not sure if this was related to the application or the system in general. From my perspective there aren't actually cons but maybe suggestions. Although it's quite intuitive, it wouldn't be bad to offer a quick walkthrough for new users that are just starting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you select an appropriate vendor when implementing this tool. I've seen some vendors that are not so friendly and the support provided by them might not be the best.
