It provides scalability , reduces upfront cost & automatic updates. It also removes risk of implementing new software solutions. It has fast servers

It is best-in-class bid management . I personally love how it enables the automation of workflow and makes processes streamlined and the Fast servers

It is a bit difficult to learn. It would be really appreciative if it could be more user friendly.
