What differentiates SAP Professional Services Software from other similar products?

SAP Professional Services offer a wide range of solutions, it accompanies integration of various use cases to provide solution for almost every business scenario. It is very scalable, so there's no issue in it being utilized for a small business or a multinational company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitive design, it's very easy to navigate. Along with the community forums, which help me find solutions pretty easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support sometimes takes too long to respond for issue resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone wants to start using this, I would recommend to first point out your use cases what you would like to achieve, and go through documentations and forums to see how easily they're achievable to integrate and work with. 'Cause the system does support customization, however you will have to put in manual effort to figure out how. Better to go through documentations and see what all is achievable right out of the box.

What differentiates SAP Professional Services Software from other similar products?

SAP is very flexible software which focuses on creating easy to use cloud ERP applications. It provides easy access to the data which can be shared among various departments of an organization to create better work environment. The fiori apps and the legacy system - ECC all have user friendly interface. Provides scope for customization and good support for software issues by the SAP team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

centrailsed platform for all the data. Eay and flexible user interface and a 100% value for money software soultion to manage the needs of any organisation. Automated solutions available to ease the work of the user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SAP has a vast range of solutions to offer, all of this can add to making it complex and time consuming for the end user to understand. Also, the cost is a factor, the software is not open source, the purchase of license is very expensive and thus the software is not accessible to all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is an all round solution for your organisation. It is 100% effective and cost saving. Now SAP even has their own database- HANA to offer to it's clients. This makes it a complete package and a must go to product. The product is flexible, customisable and offers the best solutions for the organisation,
