What differentiates SAP Data Services from other similar products?

I appreciate how simple SAP is to use, particularly for ETL procedures. Data from many platforms may be combined to establish a unified repository of content. It also works nicely with SAP solutions, which is something we appreciate. Our business relies heavily on data, and therefore also have SAP remedies that work nicely with SAP Data Management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of the identical extraction or transformation repeatedly for various purposes. The same ETL process may be used for several aggregations by using variables. Using audit tools to increase task predictability. To monitor for column quantities and to send out messages and alarms automatically, we may implement audit doors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The SAP Interface needs to be enhanced more and made more user-friendly. The user shouldn't get the impression that all they are doing is using a command-line interface. They ought to believe they are developing an excellent piece of software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For historical data conversion, refinement, and verification, DS is ideally suited. The system can readily manage the enormous data quantities, which cuts down on the implementation period, particularly for SAP ERP. It is relatively simple to construct data validation procedures that are unique to your business from the error reports, which properly identify faulty data.

What differentiates SAP Data Services from other similar products?

I have used SAP Data Services for almost 6 years and it has demonstrated its full potential in SAP ERP and proof of concept with amazing and fantastic results. It's integration with SAP ERP/ECC works very well and a lot of flexibility in data creation with different types of communication capabilities like BAPIs, IDocs and batch input.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP Data Services is used mainly within IT department to migrate data from our legacy systems into SAP ERP. Data services is used to transform, extract and load data from/to various sources like text files, Excel sheets SAP HANA tables and CSV files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the fact that a lot of functions do not behave the way they should.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes i recommend.

What differentiates SAP Data Services from other similar products?

SAP Data Services is a recommendable software for data mapping and profiling and its a robust software for managing and controlling data. I like how it is easy and simple to integrate with with different databases. Also, SAP Data Services is super nice tool for data analytics and reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With SAP Data Services, it's very easy and simple to implement new ETL processes. It's well suited to integrate data to any data warehouse from almost any data source. I like the ability to move data across systems and its very powerful and amazing platform that allows us to harmonize the data since it gives us many options for transformation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SAP Data Services is a little bit technical which makes it not usable for end users. Nothing much to mention as a dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP Data Services is a must use software. I recommend it to all sizes of companies.
