What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?
This has budget module inbuilt which many softwares lack and database is SQL which is very userfriendly to manage
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Expense management and budget control and query reports
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unavailablity of master level item ledger entry reports such as customer, vendor, inventory for doing reconciliation with general ledger
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a very good product and will take care most of your requirements, many of your needs will get taken care from the standard product itself, any niche requirement also can be easily developed with the help of customization. But before making a buying decison do compare Microsoft Navision with SAP B1 and then make a decision on the basis of features and your comfort with the product.

Super delighted to keep all our employees data from address, benefits and tax deduction for payroll processing. Integration with financial management system for income and balance sheet statement. Great to create purchase orders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Incredible to create purchase orders which are populated to purchase invoices. Keep all our vendors accounts and data for efficiency with reconciliation. Reliable to follow the requisition and procurement process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Excellent with following all the procurement process requirements.

Spectacular to populate data from orders to invoices. Incredible with requisition and procurement process. Impressed with income and balance sheet statements.

Facilitates Sales management process through lead tracking, automation & forecast. BI analysis tools are available & reports can be automated quite easily. Strong security compliance ensures data protection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
-Inventory management is the best feature available, it is clear in terms of layout and provides various innovative widgets as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-Large scale features are missing, scalability is limited. Complex operations pose a problem. -Limited customization, specialized business needs are not met. -Advanced Data visualization tools are sold as addons.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product supports limited customization so make sure that modules serve your business needs before making a purchase.
