What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

They offer a lot of features but not sure how much better than others since this is the only one I have experience with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The overall product features and cockpit

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited customization and support for customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Can be pricey but it fits well with a small to mid-sized org with low number of internal support staff. Make sure before you buy to list customization requirements and see if they can be achieved. More costly for large enterprises

What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

You can track every history of an item/a purchase order/a transaction with SAP Business One. No one can make a mistake and delete it. There are tons of transactions to be discovered. Viewing a purchase order history is the best to understand. Checking the vendor line items give you a brief summary easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I did lots of resolution by the help of SAP Business One. Aging items, debit balances, GRIR reports and every kind of stuff that needs attention can be easily solved by SAP.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SAP Business One is hard to master, difficult to teach new people. Images you open use java and come very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a big business with big accounting team, consider using SAP Business One. You will not regret it.

What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?

SAP Business is a dynamic and robust ERP tool, and making all transactions a success. Again, the software has several modules like Material Management, and plant maintenance, and quality management, among others, and and all are much integrated. With the assistance of IDOCS, the SAP Business can communicate with other tools, and unlike other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP Business has almost all the necessary modules, and for instance, the Asset Tracking, software Accounting and Finance, and many more, the all essential in completing business processes. Again, the app monitors the company's account payable and receivables. And lastly, SAP is very scalable, and and it boosts the mobility of many operations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SAP Business is a software which is quite expensive, but making it unaffordable to the small enterprises. Also, not all persons who understand the fundamentals operations of the tool. SAP Business also forces password change after sometimes, but and this can be complicated more so on memorizing the password.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP Business is a software which normally covers all the business demands that a company has, and which means, it will definitely help you out. Also, customizing this application is something that all persons enjoy, and no complications there.. And hence, good there is a super need of having the tool for Excellence ERP work.
