What differentiates Salsify from other similar products?

They are a larger company in terms of feature/analytics offering.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data management platform is easy to use where all you need is common knowledge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the custom channel setups allow for end user updates when there is a field change that we could input on our end instead of pushing back to the team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you make use of the API connections of the accounts. Custom channels are great, but not if the customer makes frequent changes and you have a lot of products to manage.
