There is a steep curve of learning but the managers help you with a tailored experince benefitting your business with great results and the platform with continous feedbacks

Sometimes is not very clear, but the support and the managers help you achieving your objectives

Carefully follow the instructions during the onboarding process, it will set your entire workflow with platform later

This tool stands out and differentiates itself from others thanks to its ability to track user behavior in real time, integration with multiple marketing channels and the possibility of creating highly personalized automated workflows. I choose SALESmanago for its ability to integrate multiple functionalities into a single platform and its focus on content personalization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because it allows us to improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and increase the conversion of leads into customers. The software helps us address business problems such as content personalization, campaign automation, and lead tracking. It allows us from audience segmentation to the creation of landing pages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Minor drawbacks to the software include a somewhat steep initial learning curve
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SALESmanago is suitable and I recommend it for organizations looking to improve their digital marketing strategies, but it may not be the best option for companies with very specific needs in terms of integrations or report customization. With SALESmanago, you can boost your marketing efforts and achieve your business goals more effectively.

What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
The technical and support team makes the difference in this product. Whenever you have a problem with the app they are always available to help you, which makes the process easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that almost every tool they have in the app allows you to customize the website (pop-ups, email marketing) and convert those potential customers into actual leaders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The constant change in the product manager which makes this process go a little slower since it takes while for the new PM to get to know the business, the sector we are in and the goals we want to achieve with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask about workshops so they explain all the tools that the product has. This product has a lot of possibilities and a lot of them are useful, so it would be better to first understand the tools themselves to understand which ones are applicable depending on the business and sector you work in.
