The program Salesmanago provides every feature required to boost e-commerce conversions, stay in touch with B2C and B2B clients, and manage the database. Also, the customer care department has access to all the essential information with the help of the integrated LiveChat, improving service level. The capability of this program to generate Landing Pages is also one of its benefits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The program is highly transparent and easy to use. Despite initial reservations, it functions flawlessly across all industries, not just e-commerce. We can also rely on a supervisor and consultants for prompt and competent assistance in the event of any issues. One of the best systems for automating email marketing and marketing is SalesMANAGO. It's evolving in a very dynamic way. Easy-to-use system interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More customizability options for the newsletter and a deeper analytics perspective could be helpful. Specific tools need to be implemented, but as SalesManago constantly evolves, I'm confident it will happen. Issues with email formatting and sluggish technical response. Sometimes it can be challenging to understand the training materials.
