Ease of use, support and documentation available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Little high on the pricing but the available features compensate for that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think of the scaling aspect of your app when deploying as sfdc provides most features, integrations etc

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
I don't have direct experience with other CRM products but have seen Salesforce continue to innovate and make a better user experience year after year after year.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have the most awesome and fun training and learning and help platform of any software I've ever used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes finding the answer for a small technical question is very challenging
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend a lot of time deciding on how to implement. Start with LESS vs more complexity when you start with Salesforce and add as you need.

Easy to use, but a bit of a learning curve

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
I have mainly used Salesforce, and I couldn't go without it. It is the perfect place for all my contacts and account-level data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the integration with other software, and the ease of use to update and find contacts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is at times slow to load new pages/records.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a large base of contacts or accounts it makes sense to buy Salesforce if you can afford it.
