What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?

Scaling and integration with existing softwares and unlike mulesoft and tableau they we can integrate various data into workspace.advanced customisations with the power of AI and better community for support and various data driven solutions with 360 value and better customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customisations with third party tools and advanced report generation with AI tools is one of the best things in Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Better customer support and in some workflows managing our data and report generation is very difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of best CRM to report generation and data customisations.with it's cloud based solutions we can do what ever we want anywhere and third party integrations are it's best.

It is easy to integrate, generate lead reports and sales lead assignment and solving the support tickets is easy and user friendly as well.

It lags a lot sometimes and lead assignment is slow

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?

They were the first on the market so have been able to incorporate a lot of feedback into new versions of the software. This is great because things are always changing and the software should as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer organization, I love all the last updated data points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, I can think of things that I wish worked a little differently but there is nothing in the platform that I "dislike"

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have customers, tickets, cases, projects, leads that you need to track then you should give Salesforce a shot.
