Traction provided after using Salesforce is excellent. Improved my business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used CRM from salesforce and it had proven wonderful results over the last year and the traction it created for my business is excellent. The customer interactions after using the product helped grow my small business. Proven to provide wonderful results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

CRM is quite expensive compared to other products in the industry but the features it provides is proven worth it. I had been using Microsoft dynamic 365 before but compared to that , Salesforce has been efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go for it. Totally worth for any business types. Highly recommended.

there is nothing to dislikes but yes some time the fearures limitations and governments limit you have to keep in mind

What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

It has wide variety of integrations and is always evolving and acquiring new features and tools. Once it will be AI assisted the revolution in sales will occure. Yep, I think AI sales assistant will be productive and fun way to made business. I like it features for reports creation and team collaboration. Salesforce is widely spreaded so you with 80% probability will not need to educate new user of marketing and sales team. We expect the gorwth of ERP integrations for Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is trully focused on relationship build and has a room for growth of your small business - it has common flow for B2C and B2B channels which make difference - your small customer yesteray will be your large key account tomorrow. Good to have a contract management tools as integrated flow. Cross chanel lead gen analytics is beneficial for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We like everything but would be great to have integrated service market places indeed, upwork etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce has great product and sales team so do not hesitate to ask questions and have a call to match all your worries out. Try it free but subscription worth of 1000% money spended. With Salesforce you will spend not on costs but invest in future revenues and it matter. Right choise!
