Nobody got fired for choosing Salesforce. It's an amazing product with deep functionality. A/B testing and email automation with Pardot are true differentiators.

Customization based on organizations requirement

Over pricey

What differentiates Salesforce Email Studio from other similar products?
Salesforce Marketing Cloud has easy integration with Salesforce.com products which allows for personalizing email marketing with customer sales and service data. With Marketing Cloud connect we can include buyer attributes for providing a personalized experience to our customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with Salesforce sales and service cloud Customizable data extensions for including buyer attributes in emails Ability to connect to external FTP
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is not user friendly for beginners Mobile and push messaging needs improvement More granularity in automation
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Email Studio is suited for either small or large companies with a big marketable database and that a good amount of employees will be working on the tool. Some knowledge of Salesforce is also needed for better implementation for the tool, so if an external salesforce admin is needed for implementation, that could increase setup costs.

Hard to use but worth it

What differentiates Salesforce Email Studio from other similar products?
It has a really good customer support services and the customer service is very helpful. It helps with all the problems and they deal with problems very professionally. It also has really good features for customising the software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can be automated easily as it has many automation functions. It can also be used to created dynamic emails that are really helpful in data collection. One can change the email template to whatever they want which is also a very big plus point as it allows one to use their imagination and create smooth and good looking emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is hard to use and its user interface is lacking. It is also hard to share reports between multiple companies using this software. It is also costly,thereby making it in optimal for small businesses,though once mastered it is really helpful in many cases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend it to large and medium sized businesses.
