What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?
Customer service chatting features built into true full service CRM system for faster resolutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The immediacy of expected results. You can quickly open a chat connected to a case and see all the data related to the case, based on the level of security of the org and the permissions granted to you as a representative.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is simple and easy to use, and it's easy to set up. However, it would be better to be able to set up the chatter feature outside of the administration section of the org.

Salesforce Chatter is a special tool because it works really well with another program called Salesforce CRM, which many businesses use. It's mainly meant for businesses, so it helps them work together better. It keeps your information safe, gives you updates as things happen, and lets you change how it works to fit your needs. You can use it on your phone, and it also helps you see how well things are going with some special tools. Plus, it can connect with lots of other helpful programs. All of this makes it easier for teams to get things done and talk to each other.

Access from mobile Application, task and reminders, Real-Time feeds and file sharing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bit costly for org to put into consideration
