You can upload images in a really easy way. That's really cool.

You don't need traning in order to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too standard, for the price it could be more flexible and have more features

The fact that our team uses Salesforce daily, and all day long, having the ability to communicate in-app is much easier than multiple softwares.

I love how it is built into something that we already use every day.

What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?
It makes it easy to socialize with your team on Salesforce and helps you cover up the entire data and insights easily if the control is managed on Salesforce only.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce Chatter helped our team by providing a one-stop to collaborate & articulate all the insights about the business we've built over Salesforce as a CRM tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No real-time (live) Chats, Audio, or Video collaboration which can be a hurdle for anyone to go with it for a long time. At the same time navigating through it can be challenging for the first few times
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A wise product for anyone whose data and operations predominantly flow over Salesforce, as the time and money invested in any other integration can be saved effectively.
