What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?

Our entire team relies heavily on Salesforce as a whole, and because we are all using it, it makes it that much easier to all interact with the Chatter feature. The notifications are a big help for when others have weighed in or there's an outstanding comment or issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The notifications. They let me know when I need to respond to something that's outstanding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside is when team members don't fully embrace the functionality of it or pay attention to notifications, so that's not really a fault of the service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Chatter has been a tremendously helpful tool for our team to communicate with one another across multiple sites, share information and resources and has helped streamline communication.
