Very easy and intuitive to use. Chatter was our first choice since we had already other Salesforce products

If you already use other Salesforce products, this is a no brainer. You have to get Chatter over other tools

Its inclusive nature makes it an excellent medium for expanding social circle. Excellent tool for remote employees.

Cannot use this outside of the CRM environment

The app is free if you already have a Salesforce account but If you don't it is charged. Can be made free for wider reach
