1. Customers can easily raise a case for any query 2. Easy tracking of all the open cases and their SLA 3. Can easily reply to customers and creata track record

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Can feed information in it to make it easy for customers to raise a case 2. I have rarely faced a downtime on this app

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. When customers attach any file with the case it is not possible for us to download all the attachmenets at one, we need to open all of them and then download one by one which is a lot of hassle 2. No training provided with the products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in a business which has customer relationship then you can use the OneCRM expereince by salesforce it will help your business excel.
