What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From product catalog management to powerful marketing tools and analytics, it provides businesses with the tools they need to create personalized experiences for their customers that is one of my favorite aspect

What do you dislike most about this product?

configuring the platform to align with particular business needs requires more time and resources that is where improvement can be done.

Its ability to provide a unified commerce experience across all channels, including mobile, social, web, and in-store. This comprehensive approach to eCommerce enables businesses to create intelligent, unified purchase experiences that cater to the complex purchasing requirements of corporate retailers and drive customer engagement across all platforms and geographies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some users find Salesforce Commerce Cloud to be expensive, especially for mid and small-sized businesses in the healthcare industry. The revenue-share model based on gross merchandise value (GMV) and/or order volumes can be less appealing to high-volume, low-margin retailers.
